Purchased just over 4 years ago and has been an amazing RV! Bought with only 19K miles on it and now has only 22.5K! It has been taken very well care of and only used for local camping trips and has always been stored undercover with power.

I have had the RV serviced professionally every year along with annual oil and filter changes for both the RV and generator. The RV has always been inspected professionally every year to ensure any and all issues were cared for.

Recently just had the roof re-sealed (per 10 year maintenance) and put in new house batteries. The generator has extremely low hours on it (456.2) and runs perfectly. Tires have extremely low miles on them and were replaced at about 15k miles.

The RV runs amazing and I have had no issues with it beyond normal maintenance. It has bunks for added sleeping room and an upgraded main bedroom mattress.


I upgraded and re-wired all HDMI cables to a central location above the drivers seat to accommodate the automatic Dish I had installed (now works like newer RVs). 

This RV is ready for a new home!
