Issues:Two of the 3 ceiling fans would need to be replaced if you want ceiling fans.

The paint of the front part of the roof is peeling. A seal coat would resolve the problem. We replaced the fabric around the windows. The blinds need to be re-attached at the bottom. There had been a water leak. We replaced the AC unit and re-sealed the roof. That took care of the issue. The unit listed for $251,881. Making it one of the higher end units.
