The unit has never had a gas vehicle in it so zero smell. 3 years remaining on transferable full coverage factory warranty on all parts. Porcelain toilet. 2 gallon fuel station for toys. 55 Onan/Cummins generator has 8 hours run time (almost new), barely used. The generator powers twin AC units keep the RV cool and has plenty of extra . 4 season package keeps the unit warm and the plumbing safe in the cold seasons. The almost 16 ft toy hauler space is huge compared to other units. 3 queen size beds plus the leather couch that folds into a full size bed provides plenty of sleeping space for families. The 2 leather recliners were always my favorite spot to relax. The dining table easily seats 6 with extra leg room for longer legs. The upper bed moves via a motorized track system. Simply push the button and the bed moves up or down. The powered antenna gave us more TV options than we expected. There is a large storage area under the master bed room. The roof is in great condition. The solar panel keeps the twin batteries charged allowing for longer trips. 8 gallons of fresh water also extends the off grid trips if that's your jam. The bathroom has a spacious counter top plus a larger shower.
