This is a great travel trailer for up to 4 people. It has been lightly used so has been towed very little and is in very good condition with everything in good working order. The manual jack has been replaced with an electric one for convenience which makes towing and setup much easier. We also upgraded our propane tanks to two thirty-gallon size.

As you enter the door the main sleeping area is to the right featuring an expanding door for privacy. There are deep cabinets on each side of the queen size bed and a long, cabinet overhead. These are all closed cabinets so are secure for traveling. One of the side cabinets has a rod for hanging clothes and an upper shelf and the other side cabinet has two spacious shelves and a mirror on the door. The bed lifts up for access to a large storage unit underneath.

The bathroom is straight ahead as you enter and has a tub/shower unit with a shower door, a sink (with storage underneath) and medicine cabinet with mirror above the sink. Next to the toilet is a large floor to ceiling storage cabinet.

To the left as you enter is the kitchen which has a double sink (with storage underneath and a double closed cabinet above), a three-burner propane stove (with a microwave above). There is counter space with two drawers underneath and on the other side of the stove is more counter space with a storage cabinet underneath. On the opposite wall is the good size refrigerator/freezer next to which is another large cabinet with a rod for hanging and another shelf.

The eating area, with ample seating, is located at the far end of the travel trailer and is surrounded by three large windows, so you are able to take in the beautiful views while you enjoy that first morning beverage. This eating area transforms into a queen size sleeping area.

Also included with this deal are a bike rack, awning tie downs, tire chucks, two tire covers, water hose, septic hoses, septic hose support fence, two large outdoor rugs, a new outdoor BBQ caddy (for your condiments, napkins, etc.) cutting boards, dish drying rack, some plates and glasses, outdoor games, fire ring, and a can and bottle collection container. These items are valued over $200.
