Coach is parked under cover when not in use on our property. This is a 2 slide coach. We purchased this from a local dealership in Eugene about 5 yrs ago with about 45,000 miles. We have put about 12,000 miles on it since then just traveling for vacations not living in it. The coach just made a trip down to Palm Desert in March with a vehicle in tow. No problems the entire trip. In my opinion, this coach has one of the best layouts. Coach has a queen bed with a newer memory foam mattress just a couple yrs old. Kitchen has an oven as well as a convection microwave. Not many coaches come with an oven. Coach is plumbed for a combo washer/dryer unit in hallway. New in 2023-Tires, brakes and rotors, new spark plugs and a set of high performance plug wires, Sumo spring kit on the front, Trac-bar on rear axle to help coach when towing, new custom slide topper on living room slide. new tags. probably close to $10,000 spent on these items. maybe a bit more. Only selling due to the purchase of a new coach. We still have a loan on this, so the deal would need to be completed at our credit union so title could be transferred.
