Overall length is a little over 40 foot, garage is 12 foot. There's a sliding glass door that separates garage from living area. Garage has 2 beds (or 2 benches) that drop down from ceiling on rails giving you 3 queen beds total. Couch has been upgraded to a residential recliner. Very clean roof with zero leaks. This has been a great camper for my family for the last 2 years, only selling to upgrade some. I'm sure I'm forgetting lots of stuff.
