Used 2000 ALPINE 40FDSO for sale. We have owned & used this coach for almost 3 years. We are selling bc we have used it to go to horseshows & we just are not going to as many shows. We have done a lot to make sure it is safe & road ready: replaced all 4 airbags (2023), new tires (2022), replaced transfer case (2023), new batteries (2023), added a fuel tank door to the front slide so you do not have to slide out generator to fuel up (2022), replaced headlights (2023), HWH box has been reworked (2023), had thermostat reworked (2022), added keyless entry (2022), resealed roof (2024) (for sale purposes) plus more. This home drives really well & easy. It pulls our 4 horse bumper pull full of horses & tack like it is not even there. We have done regular maintenance to the generator, engine oil, & fuel filters. Everything about the coach works. With that said, the dash AC does not work. We looked into & asked other mh owners & found that this was not uncommon. We looked into having it fixed & the price was just not worth being that we can run the generator & keep the coach cool even in the hot Texas summers. There are some very light ceiling stains, but the previous owner must have taken care of it because we have been in huge t-storms & no leaks. We unplugged the electric step, I found the delay annoying, it is much easier to use now, This is a high quality coach that has been very well taken care of. Kept under cover with tire covers etc. It is extreme If you are looking for a clean coach that drives great & is in great working condition, this is the one!!
