Selling my 2022 heartland north trail ultra lite ID22RBS travel trailer. It’s in near new condition. Never taken out. I bought it thinking I would do travel assignments and ended up not doing any so I bought it stored it and now selling it since it’s just been sitting the entire time. 
I upgraded the winego WiFi extender the weight distribution hitch the back up camera dual batteries / propane tanks and I added every available protection on the unit so the fiberglass paint interior etc are all covered with a warranty. Too much to list  I bought the most comprehensive extended warranty on the unit as well as the roadside / trip interruption protection. The warranties can be transferred to new owner. Add on warranties almost 7k and add on equipment about 6k
The overall length is 29’10” tongue to tail and it is 8’ wide so you can store it in 30x8 even though it is listed as a shorter trailer these are the actual dimensions. 
King Kong sized storage. I bought this unit thinking I would be living in it and it is awesome. Has a shower door instead of curtains, tons and tons of storage have tons of pics and videos can share if interested. 
Awesome awning with led lights inside and out, with interior and outside speaker system. 
It has Azdel insulation and the YETI cert so it stays cold in the summer and warm in the winter and is resistant to mold and moisture etc. large fridge and freezer with a great kitchen space. Beautiful unit I would not sell it I was using it. 
Power leveling/ stabilizers power tongue jack tons of options!
