This camper has been perfect for full-time use, handling everything from -20°F winter days in Colorado to 99°F summer days in Arkansas. There are a few cosmetic issues to note: some wallpaper damage from 3M adhesive strips and heat (top corners of the shower and living room), wear on one side of the recliner, and a storage door and marker light that need replacement. Despite these, the camper remains watertight and incredibly comfortable for two people. Key features include: a walk-in closet, 1.5 baths, a spacious kitchen, accommodation for an RV king mattress, pass-thru storage, washer/dryer conveniently located in the half bath. With slides out, the total living space is approximately 390 sq ft.
