Hey! We are selling our ATC trailer. We purchased a 2024 Pla 700 2513 last November from Trailers of the East Coast (Mocksville, NC).

We are a mold avoidance family and have lived in it full time in order for my wife to heal. The trailer has been great for us. We have 2 young boys (7 & 10) and while they have enjoyed the adventure they are also needing more. We are selling to free up cash for our home build.

We have replaced the majority of the plastic plumbing elbows with copper. The carpet has been professionally removed.

Additionally, we use a Miele Vacuum to clean the trailer multiple times a week. The air vents are cleaned seasonally. We run multiple dehumidifiers to regulate the humidity in the trailer.

Even if mold avoidance isn’t what you are needing, we have put great care into keeping the trailer clean and maintained in order to live mold free.
