Only used for one trip and taken less that 100 miles on the road. This RV is like new and still has about 4 years on the extended warranty (5 year warranty cost us $5,500), which covers everything above the wheels. We've added many other features, such as washer dryer combo ($2,400), a TV in the Garage ($150), Lippert Thin Shades on the door windows ($160), whole home portable water softner ($250), 6 stage filter reverse osmosis drinking water system ($250), a second battery ($150), remote/keypad entry main door lock/handle ($250), Mopeka wireless propane tank gauge and gauge display ($150), and the Lippert 14.5ft telescoping ladder ($350) to access the roof. This RV also offers heated and vibrating recliner couch seats, tire pressure monitoring system, auto leveling motorized jacks, full sized refrigerator, indoor and outdoor speakers throughout that can connect to a device via bluetooth, and has an app where you can control the lights from your phone. The generator only has 0.5 hours on it, and there is an inverter on 2 outlets, so you can use plug in items without the generator. It also includes solar panels to charge the 2 house batteries and the fridge is 12V, so you can run the fridge without running the generator. One of my favorite features is the back patio with railing and a screen. Combine this with the outdoor speakers and the propane grill connector makes this RV great for entertaining at the campsite. We love this RV, but no longer have a truck that can pull a fifth wheel and cannot afford a new one, so we have to sell it or store it.
