Has the glacier package, camped once in the middle of winter and it was very comfortable. Sleeps a family of five with room for some friends. Will include Camp Rugs, folding table. Blackstone Grill and accessories, All cups, plates, dishes, silverware, Coffee Maker, Toaster and ice trays. Camped just 5 times. Only ever made an 18 mile trip from storage to camp and back.
