This 5th Wheel has the BEST floor plan!  No dogs, cats, smoking, ever!  We love this unit, but decided it was time to move up to a motorhome. 

Upgrades and improvements include NEW ROOF, 200W factory installed SOLAR, 2 upgraded DEEP CYCLE 6V BATTERIES, factory installed HYDRAULIC LEVELING JACKS, dealer installed BACK-UP CAMERA, 2 AIR CONDITIONERS (bedroom & living space), NEW WATER PUMP,  all LED LIGHTING, NEWER TIRES, factory installed custom stairs with NO CARPET, HEAT PUMP that provides heat without using propane, electric FIREPLACE that heats, undercarriage heating system, factory installed rear utility rack, and large awning with lights.

We chose this model because of the floor plan, LARGE TANKS, and SOLAR.  We have dry camped for 10-days when off the grid.  With the combination of solar, deep cycle batteries, and LED lights you don’t have to use a generator unless you want to run the air conditioner, TV or microwave.  

This trailer was meticulously cleaned inside and out after every use, but there is wear and tear.  The outside graphics are fading, and the inside furniture is starting to show wear. The one piece fiberglass front cap has clear coat that has been peeling for the past few years.  It is solid underneath, and waxed from time to time.

We ordered this trailer from the Forest River factory in OR, with every option available at the time. If you want a trailer, with tons of upgrades but needs a little outside TLC this is the one for you!  Upgrades and improvements alone were over $10K.   

Included in the sale are a 50 amp power cord and king-pin stabilizer.  One-owner, with all original owners manuals and two sets of keys.  Pink slip in hand and ready to sell!
