Good condition; all the appliances, lighting, AC, and slide work; there are no leaks, odors, or damages. New stove and sleeper sofa, along with new blinds that need to be installed. Expect typical age-related wear and tear rather than a brand-new RV. (Please note the small interior tears in the photos.)
