Recently remodeled 2012 Fleetwood Jamboree 31M. Painted exterior zero fade!!!

I am the 3rd generation family that has owned the RV. Garage kept its entire life. The first owner chose to have Good Sam complete coverage on the RV. The 2nd owner and myself continued the coverage. We pay $45 every month.

Oil changed every 3,000 miles. We installed a new AC last year (thanks to our Good Sam Coverage all we owed was $250 deductible)

13,000 miles and well taken care of.

We replaced the floor with commercial grade vinyl plank and placed 1/4” aged plank on one side of the RV interior. The bathroom is wrapped with fiberglass panels, which makes it easy to clean and helps ensure moisture does not find a way into the walls from the shower. We removed the stove and oven as shown in the photos.

We used granite countertops throughout the RV. (Weight is not an issue), replace the mirrors and add a new LED lights throughout the RV. The queen bed is brand new.

We own the RV outright and have the title in hand.
