Great opportunity to begin 5th wheel camping. This 5th wheel has been well maintained and loved. No active leaks, new awning and the roof was recoated 3 years ago. The master bedroom has a queen bed, stall shower and bathroom. The bunkroom has a sleeper sofa and above sofa bunk as well as bathroom. The sofa in the living area pulls out to a bed and the dining booth collapses into a sleeping area as well. The brochure states it will sleep 9. Plenty of inside storage and roomy outside cargo areas. One AC unit.  Also has an outside shower. The interior is in very good used condition and solidly constructed -which is hard to find in newer models. We have looked at a lot of floor plans over the years and this was very family friendly. A great opportunity for a family who is looking to upgrade, try out camping or looking into having a seasonal site. 

We are the second owner and there is low mileage on the frame since it was parked seasonally for a couple of years. Our current schedule prevents us from using the RV, so with much regret we are selling.
