this rig has a good pedigree-freightliner chassis.catapilar engine.Air cushion ride.propane generator,H2o heater,furnace,microwave,2 AC units.full basement w/tons storage.FRAME & FLOORS NO RUST ! some sun ware as this rig is from arizona. never been in salt with me.NO pets,leaks,smoke,smells.hydrolic jacks/power slideout.i removed the washer/dryer & put in mini deep freeze.some of the blinds need restrung. has it's share of cosmetic dings. roof recoated 3 yrs ago.fresh oil/filter.the ice maker doen't work. has been stored in an enclosed building in the winter from myself and the previous owner.
