Good condition. The unit has both electric and propane . Has AC, Heat. Fridge,Oven,Microwave,indoor outdoor stereo, TV and electric/ propane water heater. There is a slights buckle on Formica counter top and outer part of electric canopy has some tape to seal the Sun canopy. It is also set up for an outdoor grill but we no longer have the grill and also has indoor and outdoor shower. A stabilizing hitch is included along with outdoor carpet,hammock, and screen house.
