We live in Long Beach, CA and this is an Adventurer 23b RV with 25,750 miles. It was manufactured in Canada and has excellent cold weather insulation. It is based on the cab and chassis of a Ford E-350 Super-Duty Truck with a Ford V8 gas engine. We paid an additional $6000.00 to Mike Thompson RV, Fountain Valley for professional installation of Koni Shocks and front & rear anti-sway bars. Consequently, the ride is very stable and is resistant to side drafts and passing diesel trucks! There is an onboard generator. The kitchen table seats 4 adults comfortably. It will also comfortably sleep four adults, two in the rear queen bed and two above the cab. There is an additional bed, a dinette sleeper that is suitable for children when you drop the kitchen table down level with the seats. Living area comes equipped with heater/air conditioning, a large refrigerator and freezer (with automatic switching between the 3 available power sources) , an on-demand electric water pump, gas stove, microwave, and kitchen sink. The propane tank holds 14 gallons. There is a TV in the bedroom with a connected DVD/Blu-ray player. Smoke detector. Privacy curtains and window shades. Electric retractable sunshade awning with exterior lighting. Plenty of storage areas everywhere, even a coat closet. The bathroom features a stand alone shower (theres a shower head outside the RV as well!), an exhaust fan and a porcelain toilet. 110 outlets and USB ports. Large solar panel on roof.
