RV Description

Ford E-450 chassis with V-10 with 45,425 miles. Very well built compared to newer models. Heavy duty.

Just came back from an 11,000 mile trip through Canada and Alaska averaging 8.5 mpg. It was a “bucket list” trip and I am selling it because it will be a long time before I take another trip like that and it is sitting here in my way. No use letting it sit in my barn, when it’s ready for another road trip right now.

Before I left, I upgraded to a Biltzstein front stabilizer, heavy duty Biltzstein shocks & Sumo Springs front and back, & new set of Firestone tires. I also placed Eternabond tape over the seams on the roof and had a front-end alignment. It drives great, like a SUV. Hardly any sway.

24’-4” long , two house batteries, 8 gallon propane tank. 40 gallon fresh water, 20 gallon black water, 20 gallon grey water, 55 gallon fuel tank, & 3kw gas generator that runs on main tank. Fridge runs on 120v or propane. Propane hot water heater & furnace. Oxygenics shower head. Rear queen bed and double bed over cab. Shower, toilet, sink. Back-up camera and Apple car play radio. 5,000 lb rear hitch with 7-pin trailer plug. Power awning.

Lots of indoor and outdoor storage. Pass through doors in the rear. Comes with sewer and water hoses, power adaptors, kitchenware, TV, Roku, and DVD. Ready to go on another trip.

Things that are not perfect: electric step stopped working, a rock cracked the driver's side rear plastic fender on the Alaska Highway, decals are weathered, back of driver's seat is peeling, previous owner had water leak in front cab; however, they sealed it and I taped the roof seams. Haven’t had any leaks since I've owned it and I was in some pretty heavy downpours on the trip. There’s no delamination on the rig. Sides are smooth.
