We’re selling our nearly new Dutchmen Astoria 2703rb a great couple coach. We bought it new in 2023 and lived in it for 6 months waiting on the new house. Non smoking. Tall people friendly with the interior ceiling being over 6’5. King size bed in the bedroom, we took out a shelf next to the bed so you can fit a full size residential king in the bedroom. Private rear bathroom with dual vanities, the shower is tall enough with the skylight for someone 6’4” to fit in. The shower pan has a small crack in it but can be easily repaired. One slide with a dining table and dual recliners. Microwave, stove, oven, fridge and farmhouse sink in the kitchen. There is a hidden pantry behind the tv wall with hookups for washer and dryer. Dual AC units do a good job of fighting the summer heat. It has a propane furnace and an electric fireplace under the TV that keeps you from having to run the furnace most of the time. A mini “Beer” fridge outside the front door. Full contact stairs, full length awning, exterior LED lighting, inside and outside Bluetooth stereo system, and pass through storage. It could use some new tires but otherwise it’s in great shape. Clean and clear title in hand. Willing to negotiate the price but no low ballers.
