RV Description

Well kept travel trailer. We typically camp for five or more weekends every summer for every season we have owned it - the kids finally outgrew it.

Some great things about this RV: The two axles are spaced further apart, reducing the occurrence of trailer sway. The bunks are great for younger kids up to 14-15 years old. You can get multiple showers out of the fresh water tank in an unimproved campsite. The outdoor kitchen offers twin burner stove, an outdoor fridge, and a grill that mounts on the rear bumper. We have never used the outdoor fridge. There is also a location to mount a TV on the outside with cable hookup. The powered awning has an awesome LED light strip and works as smooth as when we bought it. A similar LED light strip is also on the front of the trailer. The trailer also comes with a powered tongue jack.

Some things I have added to make the camping journey better. I installed a battery quick off switch to save the battery between trips. We tow it with an Expedition with the heavy duty tow package and a Reese Weight Distributing, sway control hitch (Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control, $1000 value). It is very stable with this setup. The stabilizer jacks have the JT Strongarm stabilizers installed on each corner, significantly reducing the rocking motion when somebody walks to the bathroom in the middle of the night ($475 value). It also comes with x-chocks for the wheels, further reducing the rocking motion when camping ($90 value). This was kept covered during the winters and a recently purchased cover (2023) comes with the trailer ($300 value). This setup towed very comfortably behind a Ford Expedition. Seller is willing to provide the inverter generator with the sell ($400 value) - enough power to run the A/C, but quiet enough to run during generator hours at NYS state campgrounds and still enjoy the serenity. List of extras:

Reese weight distributing, sway control hitch assembly

JT strong arm

Axle wet bolt kit - smoother towing and less wear/tear on the trailer

x-chock wheel chocks

super quiet generator

cellular signal boost antenna

bedroom and living room TVs

Just installed new tires for this camp season ($500)
