My name is Carol Koon and I am located in Belmont MS at the Belmont RV Park.

This great floorplan works so very well for so many folks for so many reasons.  The kitchen countertop and storage is one of the largest in Tiffin’s entire lineup.  The bedroom is fabulous. It features a king bed and a walk in closet which contains the stack washer and dryer. In the mid bath there is a large rectangular shower, dual sinks on the solid surface vanity, and a porcelain toilet that is a direct drop to the black tank and is a traditional flush.  The kitchen features residential refrigerator, awesome pull out pantry, gas/electric stovetop, and a convection microwave.  There are cabinets GALORE and this unit has a dinette computer work station with 2 standard chairs and 2 folding chairs that store when not needed. There is an L shaped sofa, recliner, and a nifty coffee table that folds away for storage.  This unit has just shy of 50K miles, 2023 tires, a driver centric cockpit that does not leave the passenger all the way out, and it is all set on a Freightliner Chassis for a fantastic ride.  The only negative to this coach is that it has flaking seat covering.  Since I am located in Belmont, it would be easy to have that recovered if you desire.  If you would like to move forward with this Motorhome, that is something that we can talk about.
