RV Description

I'm the third owner and I bought it about a year ago after getting divorced. Took it on a few trips but my daughters don't seem to want to use it anymore so I'm just going to sell it.
The Bad:

  • One awning arm is bent so you have to help it back into place when you retract it. I would have replaced it but it still works just fine and after having several people look at it, the steel isn't compromised so it should be fine for years to come. A full replacement would cost about $1,500 for similar quality but could be done cheaper.
  • The grip handle next to the stairs has broken off. I have no idea how much it would cost to replace because I didn't miss it.
  • The original sound system doesn't work at all. This is kind of also a good thing because I replaced it with a very high quality 32" Samsung Smart TV and Soundbar. Wiring and head unit for original system are still in place so it could be refitted and repaired to original condition but I think it's better the way it is.
    The Good:

  • Very good condition overall and if you know Lance they are very high quality. Everything works great. Furnace, fridge, A/C, gas system, water pipes.
  • Set of brand new Duracell batteries $400.
  • Upgraded axle and tires and 4 solar panels on roof so it is boondock ready.
  • Outdoor kitchen slide-out and outdoor shower.
  • 4 Season rated which means that in any weather you will be more comfortable than the folks in their tin cans.
  • Anderson weight distribution hitches that make a huge difference in pulling stability.
  • Upgraded TV and sounbar as mentioned previously.
I have pulled this rig about 2,000 miles using a 2022 GMC Canyon which did the job fine. I'm not interested in any trades or things other than cash but I am open to offers so look forward to hearing from you.
