RV Description

After graduating our youngest child from high school this year, our family
has decided to let go of our beloved motorhome.  We purchased it in 2015
with about 25k miles and drove it extensively around the western United
States over the last nine years.  The three slide-outs create plenty of
space for our family of four to move about comfortably. Here are some of its
features:

1.  Three slide outs providing lots of room to move about.
2.  Leveling jacks
3.  Full bathroom with shower
4.  75 gal. water tank
5.  75 gal. gas tank
6.  15 gal. propane tank
7.  Outdoor shower

Items that have been replaced:
1.  New Onan 4000 Microquiet generator
2.  New Dometic refrigerator
3.  New sleeper sofa
4.  New main awning
5.  New microwave
6.  New LG LED TV
7.  New Kenwood stereo with bluetooth and new speakers.
8.  Replaced all lightbulbs with energy efficient LEDs.
9.  Applied new rubber coating on roof.
10.  New inverter
11.  Always used synthetic oil in the motor.

The Good:
1.  This chassis of this motorhome has been extremely reliable.  We've taken
many multi-thousand mile trips without a single breakdown on the side of the
road.
2.  Plenty of storage including a food pantry, closet with hanger bar,
outdoor compartments and one pass through storage compartment in back.
3.  Huge fuel tank that allows for many hundreds of miles of driving without
refilling.

The Bad:
1.  We have had a few leaks over the years but have kept up on them.  Most
recently we brought it to an RV repair shop to repair a leak and replace a
sheet of plywood in the roof near the front of the motorhome.
2.  There is one soft spot in the roof.  When we had the roof repair work
completed a couple years ago, they did not believe it warranted replacement
at that time.
3. The motorhome has been stored outside since we've owned it.

We believe that our pricing has been discounted to reflect any deficiencies
mentioned above so no low balls please.  If you'd like to schedule a
viewing, please be prepared to have a conversation over the phone to
discuss.  Otherwise, let me know if you have any questions!  Thanks!
