Whisper quiet Onan generator 371 hrs, with new carburetor and control panel. A/C-heat replaced 2012 works great. Auto leveling jacks and stairs, heated undercarriage/storage. Manuel awing, rear duel shocks, tow hitch & trailer brake. New tires (less than 400 miles), brakes, Solar panel, back up camera/radio, 4 roof vents/fan. Gently used everything works NO LEAKS. Issues with faded decals, some paint chips on sides, small break in right taillight lens.  We’re the 3rd owner, we’ve had good fun, mostly horse camping but too big for us now. 

We repaired front roof leak and replaced cab over cabinets for a Queen plus bed, replaced dining booth for butter soft easy chairs and folding table. Kept up the maintenance needed to be ready for a lifetime of travel.
