RV Description

Family RV for sale. Desert motorsports family, kids are gone, we no longer travel. However, it is ready to hit the road!

Mechanical:

Six new tires, four new shocks, three new awnings, new engine battery, 2 year old house batteries. Fresh engine oil, trans oil, and generator oil, all filters changed. Brakes are all New Chevy parts, not cheap Chinese junk. Prodigy trailer brake pro-install. Towed small VW dune buggy and dirt-bikes.

Exterior:

Fiberglass exterior just cut/polished/waxed! This is a 20 year old Motorhome that is in great shape for its age. Ask anyone who is honest in the industry, Tiffin uses the highest quality fiberglass on their RVs. Painted areas have clear coat peel, however, the paint still looks good and buffs nicely, with some fading. All major maintenance is complete. Carpet could be replaced, however, we were a desert motorsports family, so we didn't see the need.

Driving this Class A is like none other. I drove six Class-A motorhomes before this one. This rig turns on a dime, has tons of power, and the best part is the Allison transmission. The trans helps to control your slowing/stopping power tremendously.

Interior:

This RV was top of the line for gas engine models. Dual stainless refrigerator, double freezer w/ice maker. Bedroom has full sink/vanity. This model even came with a reclining easy chair that you can move around or remove. Sofa-sleeper, pull out sleeps two. Dinette folds down and sleeps one big kid, or two small kids. Bedroom Queen, sleeps two. With dual AC units, this rig get freezing cold with AC. We spent a week in Las Vegas in August with no problem. The bedroom has a stock, older TV, however, the living rooms TV is a modern flat screen. There are 10 speakers that you can hook up however you like with a subwoofer behind the sofa.

Stable. In the desert there is always wind. This rig is stable on the highway or parked with regards to the wind, within reason. 22.5" tires give you the stability and handling of a Big Rig with the additional safety features of that rated tire. If you are not careful, you can do 75 MPH and not even notice. Huge windows for full view around nose. Back-up camera new color w/sound. All audio/visual equipment is wired in, just upgrade to what you like for 2024. Smog and registration current. Rig is fully stocked, ready to roll. Come take a ride/test drive. I DON'T NEED HELP SELLING.
