This does have a rebuilt title from some storm damage the dealer did a amazing job in fixing the damage to the slide. We have had the camper almost 1.8 years and love it. All the upgrades like power stabilizers, level pro, out door lighting, Rv lock keyless entry, shower head, TVs, Gel foam bed, Theater seating with heat and massage/lighting, Solar with deep cycle marine battery, blackstone griddle, lp visual level, also step covers, winegaurd wifi booster built in. Everything works 100 percent slides are smooth. and you can run everything from ur phone. Non smokers and no pets. We are going to a 5th wheel so no longer need this. it also has brand new Goodyear endurance tires done about a month ago. will include the husky weight distribution hitch and ball. no tears or rubbing on furniture at all. I added a few pics that show some wear one there is small piece of trim that fell off, a scuff at the base of the island and a scuff on trim in the bedroom. I would deliver it a reasonable distance. There is a loan on this unit, Save urself 10k i promise it is a great rig.
