Two air conditioners keep it cool all summer long, and the electric fireplace in the living room and propane furnace keep it toasty in the winter. The Hollywood Racks bike rack is included and is rated to carry 2 e-bikes. Our e-bikes way 70lbs each, and this rack handles it fine.
