Our RV is located in Punta Gorda at Encore's Gulfview Resort. Currently, there is a two year waiting list, however, you may purchase an existing RV on an annual lot such as ours providing you meet the requirements. We have remodeled our Keystone and made improvements to the lot over the last few years. the pics speak for themselves. Everything works as it should. New power awning, new power loveseat recliner, new a/c unit in 22. Newer flooring and coastal paint scheme. RV in anchored, and has PVC in hookup.
