In good condition, no leaks, all appliances functioning.  Kept very clean inside.  Original owner, privately owned, not a rental.  Outdoor kitchen with additional mini refrigerator and gas stove.  New Goodyear ST tires in 2022 with very few miles on them.  Welded rear bumper with 2in receiver with 700lb weight rating(great for families with bikes or grills).  2x 40lb propane included.  New AGM battery in 2023.  Power tongue jack and Auto leveling jacks.  Brochure says sleeps 10 it fits 6 comfortably.  Lots of storage and the rear has a large access hatch so you can load cargo where the lower bunk folds up.  Mattresses have had plastic on them from day one so underneath they should be new.  As with any used equipment it does show a little wear on the exterior, mostly a little fading here and there .  The awning will need some repair or replacement soon but is ok for now.
