Fresh water 48 gal, Gray water 60 gal, Black water 34 gal (including 35 gal portable waste tank). "Curt" brand weight distributing hitch included. Weighs 9000 lbs due to stout construction, like solid Cherry wood cabinets. Newer 1/2 ton trucks can handle it. Outdoor kitchen has never been used. Coleman Mach ducted a/c, gas furnace and stove/oven, gas/electric water heater and refrigerator. All three slides and two large awnings are battery power. Even the shower is 4x4. 40" LG tv plus AM/FM/CD/DVD with front/rear/outside speaker zones. Bedroom tv is 32" and can be moved and connected outside in 5 minutes. This trailer is ready to be put to use.
