This luxurious RV has much to offer and includes a warranty until January 2026! It is has a Ford v10 motor and it also has an high quality Onan generator which powers all the appliances and both air conditioners at once. It is almost 37 feet long (36.92 feet), has 7 foot interior ceilings, two slide outs that open smoothly, and a queen size bed and 2 sofa beds that can sleep 6 people (see a picture of the floor plan in the photos). There are 2 bathrooms (a full bathroom off the master suite and a half bathroom near the living room), the master suite has a pocket door that can separate it from the rest of the RV, the kitchen includes a full size refrigerator/freezer and has an ice maker, there is a recliner chair with an ottoman that can be moved to best accommodate your needs, and there is an L shaped couch. There are a total of 3 TVs- two interior Sony TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room area) as well as a TV outside. There is also a DVD player that works with the TV in the living room area. The mattress can be adjusted to the firmness you like and you can even customize it so one side of the mattress is firm and the other side is not! There are two air conditioners and dual window coverings- one set of coverings allow light in but does not allow others to see in and the other window coverings provide a total blackout! There are stairs that automatically come down when you open the door to allow easy access into the RV. There are drawers and closet areas in the bedroom, many storage cabinets throughout the interior of the RV, and at least 12 storage cupboards on the exterior of the RV (see photos of two of them). The RV has the potential to be hooked up to a 50 amp hookup or a 30 amp hookup. It uses standard hookups and has a cable TV and a digital TV antenna on the roof. Also, there is a creative option where the RV can be hooked up for months to just electricity since the water heater and refrigerator have two modes (electric or gas).
