Our Fifth Wheel has spent almost all of its history parked on our private lot. We need to sell our beloved Montana because of health issues. It was only used on the road to pull it from the Southwest, where we bought it, to the Inland Northwest. Our RV is in excellent condition, with a built-in washer dryer, two LazyBoy recliners, a Samsung LCD TV on electronic riser, and king sized bed in master suite, and built-in vacuum cleaner. The master suite also has a separate vanity; two people can brush their teeth at the same time!

The kitchen has an island sink, pull out spice rack, plenty of drawers and cabinets, gas oven and stove top, and Norcold electric and propane refrigerator.

Water heater runs off both gas and electric, allowing off the grid living!

Tires have less than 1500 miles on them and are Les Schwab top of the line.

We also have a 2003 Ford F350 truck for sale at an additional $10,000 if you want the whole package. It has only 123,000 miles and is in super mechanical condition.
