Very clean, low mileage, well looked after 31' Class C Winnebago Ascent. We have always kept this vehicle undercover when not in use. This isn't your typical family RV. My wife and I modified this vehicle to be a mobile home AND office for Digital Nomads. We replaced the dinette set with a comfortable leather sofa and put a full desk in place of the pullout sofa/bed, which can accommodate two office chairs and two 32" Monitors (Computer equipment not for sale). The RV recently underwent a 45 Point Inspection at our local Camping World with no major issues identified. We are also offering our Tow Dolly if you're interested in towing a small vehicle.
