This half ton towable, 2019 Highland Mesa Ridge 3110BH was purchased by us new and has been kept in covered storage since purchase. Everything works as it should, and the unit includes multiple upgrades like an Optima Battery, Upgraded Tongue Jack, New Outdoor Stove, both stairs replaced with Lippert Solid Step Stairs, tires replaced with Goodyear Endurance Tires, rear bumper upgraded to a heavy-duty bumper with welded gussets to support a basket with a black stone and fully loaded cooler, and many more! The two air conditioners (13.5k + 15k BTU) keep up even on hot desert days and the heater keeps the unit toasty even in frigid near zero temps in the mountains. The sealed underbelly keeps critters out, and maintains the temp in all the tanks, avoiding freezing lines.

Unit comes with power cord and most hoses so you're ready to hit the road the day you pick it up. Equalizer Sway Control Hitch included.

Unit was waxed in February, tires are upgraded goodyear endurance load range E tires (roughly 2 years old), brakes and bearings were replaced last summer, although upon disassembly the technician noted little to no wear. We replaced them anyway since we were there. The rear bumper was removed and replaced with a heavy duty bumper and basket, braced with gussets and welded so it can handle a blackstone and a full cooler.
