Camper is in great condition one owner purchased new no pets, never smoked in. Camper has a front queen bedroom with good closet space and two slide outs providing plenty of walking room, queen mattress is heated. There’s a 32” TV with dvd/radio, outside speakers and sound bar in the setting space that has theater seating. Unit has a large bathroom with a Maxxair vent fan and fantastic storage for towels and linen’s. Both slides have a topper. Unit has upgraded 15k BTU A/C and digital thermostat. Towel bars, hooks and custom shelves have been added. Tires were upgraded with top of the line Goodyear Endurance All Season American made tires. Unit also has 3 gas burner cooktop, gas range, microwave, 6 gallon electric/gas dsn water heater. Rear bumper includes a 2” hitch receiver with a 4pin light hookup and has been reinforced to carry extra weight bikes, accessories etc. Unit has power stabilizer jacks, power tongue jack with auto 6” flip foot, power awning and comes with a TV that mounts for outdoors use. Entry door has keyless lock with fobs. Also included is a Furrion backpack camera with monitor.

Also included is an Equal-i-zer sway control hitch model 90-00-1000. Extra pins and friction plates included with hitch.

Camper has been taken care of and in very good condition, one recliner does have an area of wear (see photo).
