No animals or pets with either owner. 21'-9" long, 10'-11" tall, 8' wide, weighs 4583# per spec sheet. 43G Fresh, 30G grey, 30G black. Has a Murphy bed to maximize room when not sleeping. Has a U shaped dinette that converts into a large bed. The bathroom has a roomy corner shower, a porcelain toilet, and vanity. The kitchen has a 3 burner stove with oven, microwave, and a double sink. There is a 32" TV mounted on a swivel wall bracket so it can be watched from the dinette, the sofa, or the bed. Radio with CD /DVD player, with indoor & outdoor speakers. Tires are less than 2 years old, and includes rear view camera, TPMS(Tire Pressure Monitoring System), and 2 batteries. Vent covers over both ceiling vent fans, leveling blocks & sewer hose. AC & furnace both work very well. Weight distributing hitch available for an additional cost. We downsized from a 37' motorhome, but I couldn't downsize the stuff I take enough to get everything to fit, so we are switching to a longer trailer. Can be seen in Taylorsville, KY
