Replaced glass shower door with Natulis RV shower door (but still have the original shower door).

I'm the second owner, the first owner was an elderly gentleman who put grab-rails throughout the RV. I have left them in the RV.

What's wrong with it? Nothing in my opinion, but to make sure there are no surprises, I have included some imperfections at the end of the pictures.

The lower mattress support was cut (sloppily) by the previous owner. I believe to make it easier to get around the bed (it's in the pictures), it does not effect anything with the mattress or structure at all and it is completely invisible.

It's a "rubber" roof, almost 10 years old. No leaks, looks good to me, but probably needs replacement in a few years. I have lowered my price in consideration of this.

yesterday, while I was taking pictures, I notice the bathroom window was shattered (top part of the frameless window, there is a picture). It was not that way three days ago. I can replace it or lower the price accordingly.

There are some very minor scuffs on the couch (see picture).

The RV is in great shape. Furniture is not torn or worn. Floor looks new. Mattress is 2 years old.
