RV Description

This was used in our ministry traveling with three to four people. We converted the back bedroom into bunk beds. The passenger side could have a twin size mattress put on on top but we used the space for storage. Only reason we're selling this is we're in need of a different layout.

Lots of good things about this RV with updates listed below but first the bad news. There are a few soft spots in the floor. In front of the dinette and in front of the couch. I have used a thin piece of stainless steel sheet metal with a rug over it. This will come with the RV. I also just discovered a roof leak. A small piece of trim fell off the ceiling inside a cabinet shown in one of the pictures.

This has the V-10 6.8L Triton. Super Duty. E-450 chassis. 152,000 miles. Still plenty of miles left on this engine / chassis especially with all the updates I recently did. Comes with a 1500 watt power inverter and two 100 amp hour house batteries.

200 hours on new generator.

All new parts last year include: spark plugs with coil boots, throttle body, fuel filter, air filter, power steering pump, power steering cooler, serpentine belt, belt tensioner, driveshaft, alternator and oil change.

1-1/2 years ago: new front brakes with rotors and wheel bearing seals, front and rear wheel alignment.

Aftermarket backup camera.

Dinette folds into a bed.

Everything works with the exception of the water heater not working on 120 volt. Could be a simple fix but I never needed it.

AC blows cold and furnace heats well in the winter.

42 lb on board propane tank

40 gal fresh water tank

47 gal gray water tank

27 gal black water tank

55 gal fuel tank

This would be a great tailgate machine!
