Both driver and passenger seats are upholstered flex steel swivel chairs. The driver’s seat is a power seat. The front cab area includes AM/FM radio, CD player, tilt steering wheel, Ford factory air and heat, and cruise control. A back up camera unit is also included.

The living area, or cabin, includes a jack-knife sofa/bed 2 swivel chairs with seatbelts as well as a dropdown table for dining. A tv is mounted within good sightlines of the sofa. Both sides of the cabin are lined with cupboards above the windows providing an excellent amount of storage. All cabinets, doors and woodwork throughout the motorhome are constructed of light hardwood oak. The over-cab area is enclosed with matching oak doors for extra storage but can still be used as a sleeping area. The kitchen includes a slide-out pantry, closet with removable drawer unit as well as many lower drawers and cupboards. Also included in the kitchen is a double sink, two burner stove, microwave/conduction oven, and a two-way Norcold refrigerator/freezer.

The bed and bath areas are located across the back of the cabin with the toilet and shower separate from the bathroom sink area. The sink area includes a built-in counter and cabinet with medicine cabinet, lighted mirror and drawers for storage. The shower is a molded fiberglass stall with ceiling vent. The bed area has storage and a place for another tv.

Outside the side entry door is an motorized awning. Around the exterior is an outside shower, and many compartments for storage. The generator and propane tank are accessed from the outside. There is a ladder to the roof on the back. This motorhome has been used to tow a small car and is equipped for that.

This RV has been stored indoors and has not been used during the Covid years. Recently all systems have been thoroughly checked and all necessary repairs and replacements have been completed at an authorized commercial Ford dealership. This includes testing and replacing fluids, sparkplugs, brakes, and rotors. All six tires have been replaced within the last 5,000 miles and have been checked and are in excellent condition.

All interior cabin systems and appliances have been evaluated by an RV equipment specialist company and are found to be in proper working order. Safety alarms have been tested and new fire extinguishers purchased. All parts of t
