Bought new in 3/2024. I brought it right to the RV lot and here it stayed. Well taken care of. Tires covered and off-ground with support. Washed and Waxed 3x. I have used it to sleep in since Aug 24 until now. Before it was checked on but not used because my work was out of town until Aug. Many upgrades. New 8" mattress. New shower head. Solar power . Have all hoses and attachments, water PSI reg, Propane tank gauge New surge protector, and many other items. Has tire covers. I have a new WIFI/Bluetooth thermostat from Micro Air. RV ladder, Upgraded door lock to RV keyless lock and screen door bar with Bluetooth. Will be washed and waxed by mobile RV tech. Selling due to job is now on the road full time as of Jan 2025.
