This camper is in excellent condition. Everything works good and any issues that have come up have been minor and easily fixed. We have traveled full time for the past two years and it has been very good to us and we have taken impeccable care or it. You can research all the info and specs online, so I'll touch on some of the features and upgrades that appeal to most. The camper overall is very roomy with plenty of comfortable seating. It has an electric fireplace which also heats well, ducted heat and air with two A/C's, main seats facing the 40" TV have usb ports, heat, massage, and motor controlled reclining. Also features a full size oven, lots of cabinets, deep double sink in island, and plenty of counter space. This unit features the bunk room which has tv mount w/connections, desk, fold out couch, and bunk that can be raised when not used. Bathroom has large shower with body spray option, water heater (gas, electric) is 12 Gal., has medicine cabinet and linen closets. Master B/R features has an upgraded California King mattress (extremely comfortable), large closets, Plumbed for washer/dryer, plenty of drawers, under bed storage and roll out ottoman with more storage. Outside features a slide out grill, small frig, large pass through storage and more storage in the front. Upgrades include battery controller with 4 AGM Batteries for longer boondocking times, all four slides have covers, Weinguard Wifi added to antennae, Road King Tires, and zippered sunscreen for the larger awning. Camper has been totally detailed inside and out. We are huge fans of Grand Design as we upgraded from a previous model to this and we will be down sizing to another Grand Design as we will continue to travel, just not full time Please contact us with any questions and also we would be glad to do a video walkthrough with you as well.
