Master bedroom is a queen with a mirrored slide-out wardrobe, side closet, 1 end table cabinet and storage under the bed.

Bathroom has porcelain toilet, corner shower, sink, medicine cabinet, linen cabinet, exhaust fan and skylight.

Kitchen has double sink, Microwave/Convection oven, 3-burner propane range, propane oven and a medium sized refrigerator/freezer that runs on electricity or propane. Sink also has an added fold up cutting board, drawers, under-cabinet storage. Kitchen has a pantry and standard dinette with a free-standing table. Dinette can be made into a bed and has storage under each bench seat.

Entertainment center has a flat panel TV on a pivot mount, an AMFM radio with cd player. Speakers in 2 zones inside and 1 zone outside. There is a tri-fold sofa that expands into a bed.

The unit has two slide-outs. 1 in the master bedroom for the wardrobe, and a very large one for the dinette and sofa. Trailer has ducted Air Conditioning and heat.

One AC unit, one propane heater, one 6-galon water heater with bypass that runs on propane or electric.

The trailer is aluminum framed with fiberglass, and has a tandem tandem axel. The hitch is a 5th wheel kingpin with a goosneck adapter. Adapter can be removed to use a regular 5th wheel hitch (not provided). Large pass-through storage in the front with lighting One 12-volt lead acid battery with a battery disconnect. Outdoor kitchen in the rear with a pull-out propane burner, sink and small refrigerator. There is an outdoor shower, ladder spare tire, and receiver hitch on the bumper. Unit has a TV antenna and vent covers over the standard vents. The unit runs on 30 amp service.

This trailer comes with auto leveling jacks that make setup a breeze. New tires last year, and one of the rear leveling jacks replaced last year.
