Exterior panels are in good condition though there is clear coat wear near the rock guards and there is minor hail damage on upper left front and rear corners. Minor filiform at the AirStream logos. This unit is water tight and has not been smoked in. Zip Dee, manual, awning on three sides. One awning has 4 small holes that have been repaired with awning tape. The Hensley weight distribution unit is stored in the rear compartment.

Recent upgrades include; MW/Convection oven, painted hall cabinetry, new tires Trailer King ST225 75R15 , new 12V batteries, 32" 4k TV, fireplace and remote controlled front vent/circulation fan.
