RV Description

We are selling our meticulously maintained RV that has taken us to many magical places, including Alaska last summer. It has always performed flawlessly and drives great thanks to the suspension upgrades we did when we first purchased it.

This RV is the perfect size for families who want to keep a relatively small footprint, but go anywhere in comfort and style, with all the amenities afforded by larger RVs. We are selling due to downsizing.

Facts and features:

- 66,xxx miles

- 6.8L gas V10, 5 speed automatic transmission

- ac blows very cold, heat blows very hot

- double dinette setup or coverts to large single dinette

- sits and sleeps 6 people

- cabover bed

- bunk beds

- adjacent twin beds or massive king size sleeping area after converting the dinettes

Over $7,000 spent on suspension upgrades:

- Weldtec Ford E-Series Class C RV 2‘’

- Suspension Lift Kit “Getaway”

Kit includes:

- Modified radius arms

- Skyjacker lift coils

- Modified I-Beams with MOOG pivot bushings

- FOX Performance Series 2.0 Smooth Body IFP Shocks

- Progressive leaf springs

- FOX steering stabilizer kit, gas

- Alignment

Over $7,000 spent on repairs/maintenance:

- Front cap recently replaced due to previous water damage

- Complete front suspension overhaul

- Replaced ball joints, all tie rod ends and drag links

- Repaired generator fuel and oil leaks

- Kitchen sink drain assembly leak fixed

- Small leak from exterior stove vent fixed

- 1st black water tank valve was leaking; replaced with a new one

- Both city water connections resealed

The roof was inspected during winterization last year and all sealants are soft and in working order.

The systems (water heater, fridge, generator, toilet, shower, sinks, water pump, etc) were checked during the summarization in April of this year and all systems are in working order.

This RV is one of a kind and not many of these were made. Our kids love the bunk beds. The play/sitting area of the dinettes maximizes the space available very well. It truly feels like the RV has slideouts because of the great floorplan.

Known issues:

- Needs new awning fabric

- Tape residue above exterior of stove vent

- Duct tape around the 'entertainment' door to keep dust out (it was a roadside fix on the Alcan Highway and it worked well so I haven't tried to do anything different).

Please message me if you have any questions or want to schedule a time to see it in person.
