The good: starts and runs like a champ. No smoke. One of the A/C's is only a year or so old; the refrigerator was replaced about 3 years ago. 3 year old toilet. No issues with the generator as it is serviced annually and we run it monthly (under a load with the A/C') The tires are 3 years old. Roof does not leak. Glides work as they should.

The bad: It is 23 years old and I suggest you spend a few hours with a screw driver to tighten things Several drawer latches need to be tightened or replaced. Entry grab bar needs to be replaced (I have one that I will include with sale). We had a leak in the shower (it effected nothing except the shower). The shower needs to be re-connected but that is an easy fix. We used the shower for storage only so we never reattached it.

The ugly: There is a scratch, about 2" wide, running the entire length of the right side. It is not deep and does not cut through the aluminum.
