-Quality! After touring many different manufacturer's 5th wheels, it was obvious to us how well-made this rig is. It was also manufactured pre-pandemic before the demand was so high and quality went down. - Storage! So much storage everywhere throughout the rig.

- Kitchen! We loved the residential refrigerator (plenty of room), island with large stainless steel sink, convection microwave (we rarely used the oven) cook top and HUGE pantry.

- Fireplace! Cozy on a cool morning.

- Primary bedroom! King-sized bed, large walk-in closet, washing machine, prepped for dryer, plenty of under-bed storage.

- Bunkhouse! Plenty of room for kids to spread out. Currently configured for 3 to sleep. Can easily be switched back to accommodate 6. We cleared the slide in the bunkhouse for a desk and bookshelf for our child to homeschool.

- 1.5 bathrooms! Large shower and extra half bath which can be used for the kids and as a mud/sand room.
