This is a great RV! My 2 children and I were able to stay at some great state parks and beaches for a few years, but we don’t use it anymore since we have moved to Central Oregon and now. It was nice for them to hang out in the bunk area while I drove all over the place! Now that they are in middle school.I need to sell so I can have the money tied up in this RV to move into a bigger apartment! Come check it out :)

-easy to handle/drive,

-clean and in great shape

-perfect for a family of 2-6 who wants to go on adventures

-engine starts right up and alignment is good

-has self leveler that works well when parked

-2 pop outs open smoothly

-stove and oven and microwave all work and are very clean

-has a hitch for a bike rack!

The bunk area is a great spot for traveling with kids. The lower bunk converts into a couch, kids have access to their own TV for movies or gaming systems and they also have their own music. The beds are also long and roomie so they can fit their toys and etc.

Sleeps 6 comfortably (can sleep up to 10 with small kids**)

1 memory foam queen (not a typical RV bed very comfy): sleeps 2

1 Bunk bed- sleeps 2or 1 on top if bottom is kept as couch

1 double-size bed above driver area: (very clean)- sleeps 2

**Couch can sleep 2 if needed

**Table that can be turned into a small bed can sleep 2 small children if needed

RV has 3 TVs with DVD and cable options- largest in living area that swings out, small one in bunk area, and small one with built in DVD in bedroom

-Recent oil change last 30 miles

-RV inspection by Garner RV in Redmond OR

-Tires in good condition checked by Les Schwab in Redmond OR

-Plumbing checked for leaks during last winterization by Garner RV when new water pump was installed

No pets
