RV is in great condition for it's vintage and the motor runs very well. There are no water leaks or water damage. It has always been kept indoors during the winter. The refridgerator cooling unit was replaced in 2022. 6 new Hankook tires were put on in 2021 (which have less than 300 miles on them). Both batteries were replaced 10/2023. It has a 12V system. Awning functions and is in good condition. I have inherrited it and maintained it with all of the paperwork since original owner. The interior is all original and in very good condition.
